DrDebzz Opening Shpiel
Next time you're ruminating in the middle of night, feeling worthless, useless, loveless, friendless, helpless, hopeless, insignificant, incapable, lame, unproductive, undesirable, despicable, ask yourself:
1) Are these thoughts actually true? What facts do you have in support of their veracity? 2) Are you absolutely sure beyond a reasonable doubt the accuracy of such notions? 3) How do you act or react when you believe these viewpoints? How do you treat yourself and others? 4) Imagine your life without a slew of negative tapes taking up tons of space in your brain! Consider a scenario in which you traversed the planet with your head held high as if you had value, merit, quality, stature, eminence, importance.
You can't think yourself into right acting but you can act yourself into right thinking. Let the love in. As you believe, so shall you receive. Allow allow allow the universe to fill your bucket to the brim. May your cup runneth over!

Iroquois Prayer of Gratitude
We return thanks to our mother, the earth, which sustains us. We return thanks to the rivers and streams, which supply us with waters. We return thanks to all herbs, which furnish medicine for the cure of our diseases. We return thanks to the corn, and to her sisters, the beans and the squashes, which give us life. We return thanks to the moon and the stars, which have given us their light when the sun was gone. We return thanks to the sun, that he has looked upon the earth with a beneficent eye. Lastly, we return thanks to the Great Spirit, in whom is embodied all goodness, and who directs all things for the good of his children.
